Mechanism: GABAA α2,3,5 Positive Allosteric Modulator that blocks α1
Age: 18 - 65
BMI: ≥ 18, ≤ 40
Cannabis: None, cannot test + at screening
Therapy: None within 3 months of screening
Exclusionary Diagnoses:
No lifetime history of neurocognitive disorders or psychotic disorders
No current diagnosis of PTSD, OCD, or bipolar disorders

Additional Exclusion Criteria: History of anxiety treatment resistance (inadequate response to 2 or more trials of adequate dose and duration of approved treatments for GAD in at least two different medication classes)
Study Duration: Up to 14 weeks
Payment: $150 for screening visit, $100 - $200/clinic visit, $40/remote visit, up to $1,022 if all visits are completed
