Please look for an email from Patient Fusion (healthrecords@patientfusion.com) inviting you to access your medical records. In the email, click on "Access My Medical Records" and follow the directions to connect. You may then begin to communicate with us via the "messages" option. We will be requesting that your written communication with us be via this platform from now on. This insures that all communications become a part of your organized medical record.
